TCTaskChad
For service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, towing)

Your customers do not have emergencies on a 9-to-5 schedule. Neither should your phone.

Service businesses lose roughly 30 percent of after-hours leads because nobody picks up. We deploy an AI agent that answers, qualifies, dispatches, and books, between 5pm and 9am. Or 24/7 if you want.

How much are you leaving on the table?

Plug in three numbers. We will show you a conservative estimate of revenue lost to unanswered after-hours calls each month.

$

After-hours calls / month
87
Jobs you are losing / month
23
Revenue left on the table / month
$10,522

Annualized, that is roughly $126,263 a year. Assumes a 35 percent conversion ceiling when calls are actually answered, which is the industry baseline for live-answered service inquiries.

How it works

  1. 1
    Phone rings after hours

Your existing number forwards to the agent number after your business hours. Or you give us a dedicated after-hours line.

  2. 2
Agent picks up on ring two

Calm, direct voice. Confirms the address, the issue, and the urgency. Speaks English or Spanish based on the caller.

  3. 3
    Dispatch or schedule

If it is an emergency you take, the agent SMS-dispatches your on-call tech with the summary and gives the customer a callback ETA. If it is a same-week book, it schedules and confirms.

  4. 4
You wake up to a clean log

Every call recorded, transcribed, tagged. You see exactly what happened overnight before you finish your coffee.

Common questions

What does the agent actually do at 2am?

Picks up on ring two. Confirms what is broken. Asks the qualifying questions you set (address, urgency, type of issue). Either dispatches to your on-call tech via SMS and a callback, or books for the next available slot.

Will it lose the emergency feel?

No. The voice is calm and direct, like a senior dispatcher. We tune it during the first two weeks against your real call data so it sounds like someone who knows what a panicked customer at midnight needs to hear.

What about spam calls and dead leads?

We screen. Voicemail detection drops auto-leg legs. Repeat dead numbers get flagged. You only get notified for calls that actually look like work.

How does dispatch work?

We integrate with whatever you use. Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, FieldEdge, or just a simple Twilio SMS to your on-call rotation. The agent fires the dispatch and includes the call summary.

What is the difference between this and the receptionist?

The receptionist runs 24/7 for general inbound. The after-hours agent is a specialized build for service businesses that need actual dispatch logic between 5pm and 9am. If you want both during business hours and after, talk to us, we will quote it together.

Pricing structure?

$299 per month flat covers up to 100 answered calls. After that it is $1 per answered call. Most operators we onboard land in the 80 to 200 call range per month, so the all-in is usually $299 to $399.
